1. What currencies do you accept?

Prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD), but the processing currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The exchange rate used for conversion is based on XE as of September 2nd, 2025, and is updated weekly. We process in IDR because we are an Indonesian company and are legally required to do so.

2. When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information. For larger items that require a more specialized delivery service, please contact us directly.

3. Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns unless the item is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@sungaidesign.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

4. How are you connected to Sungai Watch?

For every sale, a donation of 5% is made to Sungai Watch, our sister non-profit organization. Sungai Watch is dedicated to cleaning rivers and reducing plastic pollution in Indonesia. In addition to the donation, we also purchase the plastic bags (raw material of all of our products) directly from Sungai Watch as part of our commitment to supporting their work. This is a separate transaction from the donation and acts like any other offtake agreement for other plastic types. Your purchase helps support these vital environmental efforts, contributing to a cleaner, healthier planet for future generations.

5. What is the shipping cost for my order?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. For larger items like the Ombak chairs, we will contact you if there are any additional shipping charges before processing your order.

6. How do you ensure price transparency?

We believe in clear and honest pricing. All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of taxes and the shipping costs that are provided at checkout. 7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. For sea freight orders, you will also receive emails when the container leaves Indonesia and when it arrives at its destination.

8. Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping for all orders. If you would like faster shipping, please contact us to discuss possible options.
