We deliver our collections in two different ways:
Ombak Collection

Europe: The first container drop for Ombak chairs will land Fall 2025.

United States & Australia: The next container drops will sail 2026. Join the wait-list by emailing us at contact@sungaidesign.com.

Other Locations: If you are located outside the current container-drop regions (Europe, US, AU), you can still order Ombak chairs. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote at contact@sungaidesign.com.

How it ships: Ombak chairs are shipped via container-drop, arriving compact in a flat-pack form. They assemble in just 15 minutes and feel rock-solid once put together.

Why we ship this way: Shipping via container drop makes freight up to 75% cheaper than air freight and dramatically reduces CO₂ emissions, which is better for the planet.

Worldwide: These products ship worldwide.

How it ships: These items are shipped via standard parcel carriers from our Indonesia workshop.

Why we ship this way: These smaller items ship efficiently on their own, so no wait-list is needed.
What is a “container drop”?
Instead of sending single chairs one by one, we consolidate all Ombak orders bound for a region into one ocean container. When the container lands, local fulfillment partners handle final delivery. That lets us pass the bulk-freight savings on to you and cut transport emissions.
Returns & Damages

Made-to-order = final sale. Since each piece is crafted and packed specifically for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

Damage in transit? Inspect your delivery while the driver is present and note any visible damage on the waybill. Email clear photos to contact@sungaidesign.com within 24 hours and we’ll put things right ASAP.
